Do I need to be using ActiveDEMAND to attend this workshop?

Yes. It’s highly recommended that you are utilizing the ActiveDEMAND platform if attending this workshop. Technical build out of the campaign workflows will reference ActiveDEMAND functionality and triggers. With that being said, users can still attend without using ActiveDEMAND. Strategy for these core campaigns can be applied to any MAP platform. 

Who from my team should attend this workshop?

This workshop will benefit anyone eager to incorporate marketing automation into their digital strategy. It is ideal for in-house marketing professionals who work for a senior living operator. Following SGD's best practices for email campaign build-out, this workshop will give participants practical knowledge and actionable insights to launch a successful marketing automation campaign tailored specifically to the senior living prospect journey.

Is the workshop refundable if I cannot attend live?

We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation to receive a 100% refund of your investment. Cancellations less than 48 hours ahead of the event date will be allowed to reschedule for a future workshop session. 

Can multiple attendees join from one team?

MAP w/ Me workshop attendance links are for individuals. However, we know that we cannot stop your teammates from joining you in a conference room to learn alongside you. We will only be providing one (1) user link per paid registration.

What if we already work with an agency team?

Awesome! There are great agency teams helping operators (..we are one of them). We are not going to sell you on our digital services. We wrote this workshop after spending hundreds of hours individually training teams on how to use this platform. 

This workshop is not designed for your agency partner…and respectfully, we will not accept registrations from individuals or teams who work for agencies. 

This is exclusively for in-house senior living marketing teams, corporate office team members, or community team members who work directly in ActiveDEMAND or EnquireMAP.
