IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Rescheduling A Session
We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule a booked session. We ask that you notify our team at least 24 hours in advance of your session at hello@smartgirldigital.com. There is no charge for rescheduling appointments more than 24 hours in advance.
No Show Policy
MAP training facilitator will wait up to 10 minutes on your training session. Failure to arrive to your scheduled MAP training in this time frame will be marked as a No Show. A rebooking fee of $125 will be required to reschedule any missed sessions.
Session Timeline
We ask that all four of your training sessions are booked and take place within 60 days. If you need to extend this
timeline, please contact us. All sessions must occur within a 120 day time frame to prevent forfeiture of a paid session.
